Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Officer in charge/ Manager, the person will be responsible for day-to-day Audits which includes Business Process and System walkthroughs, Data Analytics, Draft Audit Reports, Follow up on implementation of past observations.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager
- Conduct testing and analysis of specified business process / areas using samples and other data to prove evidence of / absence of risk by comparing to company policies and procedures, best business practices and industry benchmarks
- Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or business process / area within the established / required timeline
- Identify and recommend ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits
- Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit results
- Update audit tracking data and ensure follow up actions are performed as agreed
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Draft Flowcharts of business transactions
- Prepare and build risk and controls library for audits conducted
- Help Audit Manager to develop audit plan

Qualifications
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform work on pressure
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent attention to detail to review large amounts of data and numbers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Chartered Accountant with 6 – 8 Years of experience in internal audit from Big 4 Audit Firm
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: (TECHNICAL & NON-TECHNICAL):
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Working knowledge of Oracle
