- Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Nature: Full-time · Associate
- We are hiring Senior Recruiters from Nigeria. He should be willing to work under Targets which will be at least 30 cvs Selects a month based on which he will get the salary. Incentives will be also lucrative which will be 15% of the Billing and right from the first hire
- We need someone who is Go-getter and dedicated and wouldn’t do Dual Employment. Having Exit documents from the Past/ Current Company is a Must
Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates via Linkedin
- Ensures Right CV is sourced for the Right JD
- Ensures he achieves the Monthly Targets
Qualifications
Incentives will be also lucrative which will be 15% of the Billing and it’s right from the first hire. CV Selects doesn’t means hire but it means if you send us a CV and we Accept the CV as a Valid CV for that JD then it’s counted as 1 CV Select. A Good Recruiter can expect to earn 1 Million Naira per month too
